Rocsana Bucea-Manea-Tonis
Rocsana Bucea-Manea-Tonis earned a PhD from the Faculty of Engineering and Management of Technological Systems at the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, with the thesis entitled The Study and Developments on SMEs Support System, http://www.smesonline.eu/. She has been teaching Cyber-marketing at Spiru Haret University since 2005. She earned a diploma of participation in the Inventor-AutoCAD course, Polytechnic University of Bucharest, in 2018 to 2019. She was Director of Management Distance Learning, university program. She is the beneficiary of the Leonardo da Vinci Program, Preparing Trainers in the Spirit of a High Quality Educational System, Vicenza, Italy (2006), finalized with the book: E-learning—Guide of Good Practices. She is an expert in design and drafting practice support materials (P) POSDRU 161/2.1 /G/133465 “Infotur for Professional Counselling” (2014). She is an expert in the training program MENCS POCU/73/6/6/106758 TIC and the e-learning module. She is a graduate of “Instructor Training: Training of Independent Instructors in eBusiness for SMEs,” with programming elements for eBusiness in HTML, XML, PHP, and for applications MySql, IPA, Bucharest.
